Komori L640# 440 only last four units print, first two cannibalized for parts. UV press with UV and aqueous coating rollers, two (2) each. Two UV 13BCM, two aqueous 9BMC. NO dry spray. They ranplaying cards, on plastic, at 7500/hr and used the single lamp Elek-Tek UV bulb to cure the ink. Ran aqueous at 10,500, no spray powder required. 29X40 N/S feeder & delivery with steel plates, Komorimatic dampening on 3/4/5, Epic Delta on 6. Printing Research AIRS hicke-picker system on 3/4/5. Chrome cylinders, Super Blue through the press. Royce refrigerated recirculators. Oxy-Dry I/R dryer with two lamp arrays with hot air knives. Exhaust hood. Doyle sheet cleaner at infeed. Ink agitators on 3/4/5/6, Epic coating system in tower coater. 10' extended delivery. Four (4) sets of rollers, I think this is four (4) units of rollers.
